Welcome to Rachel Hartley Atelier

I am delighted to introduce my new home for handcrafted artisan gemstone jewellery, where every piece is created with intention, craftsmanship, and an appreciation for the natural beauty of exceptional gemstones.

I’m Rachel Hartley, founder and jewellery designer of Rachel Hartley Atelier. With years of experience studying and working with the healing properties and energy of crystals, my knowledge of gemstone selection extends beyond aesthetics. Each stone is chosen not only for its beauty and individuality, but also for the qualities it is believed to embody.

Every design begins with the gemstone. I work with carefully selected stones, combining them with sterling silver, gold vermeil, and copper to create jewellery that is both timeless and deeply personal.

Each piece is handcrafted in my studio with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that every creation reflects the care, skill, and intention invested in its making. This is not mass-produced jewellery. It is created slowly, one piece at a time, for those who value authenticity, craftsmanship, and meaningful design.

Cool blue tones meet the timeless character of Green Jade in this handcrafted men’s stretch bracelet. High grade Blue Water Jade and Green Jade beads are accented with Sterling Silver flat beads, whose clean metallic lines bring a refined contrast to the gemstones. The combination offers an understated elegance, equally suited to wearing alone or alongside a favourite watch.

The high grade Blue Water Jade is a distinctive highlight of this bracelet. A highly prized variety of jadeite jade, Blue Water Jade is admired for its deep, translucent bluish-green hue and icy texture. These qualities give it a captivating, water-like character and a refined sense of luxury. Paired with Green Jade, it brings depth of colour and individual character to the design.

Traditionally, Jade symbolises harmony, wisdom, prosperity and protection. In contemporary crystal lore, blue jade is associated with calm, clarity and communication, and is sometimes linked with the throat chakra. These symbolic associations make it a meaningful choice for a personal keepsake or a considered gift.
