I am delighted to introduce my new home for handcrafted artisan gemstone jewellery, where every piece is created with intention, craftsmanship, and an appreciation for the natural beauty of exceptional gemstones.

I’m Rachel Hartley, founder and jewellery designer of Rachel Hartley Atelier. With years of experience studying and working with the healing properties and energy of crystals, my knowledge of gemstone selection extends beyond aesthetics. Each stone is chosen not only for its beauty and individuality, but also for the qualities it is believed to embody.

Every design begins with the gemstone. I work with carefully selected stones, combining them with sterling silver, gold vermeil, and copper to create jewellery that is both timeless and deeply personal.

Each piece is handcrafted in my studio with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that every creation reflects the care, skill, and intention invested in its making. This is not mass-produced jewellery. It is created slowly, one piece at a time, for those who value authenticity, craftsmanship, and meaningful design.

Soft pearl lustre meets the warm glow of gold in these delicate Freshwater Pearl dangle earrings. Small Freshwater Pearls are wrapped with Gold Vermeil wire and suspended from Gold Vermeil chain, creating a fluid design that moves gently as you do. Gold Vermeil ear wires complete the earrings, bringing a harmonious golden finish to every detail.

Measuring approximately 55mm in length, the earrings have an elegant, elongated silhouette, with the softly luminous pearls providing a beautiful contrast to the fine chain. Their understated design makes them lovely for everyday wear, while their graceful movement lends itself equally well to an evening occasion or a romantic finishing touch.

Freshwater Pearls are traditionally associated with purity, sincerity and wisdom, and are treasured as symbols of love and new beginnings.
